Whenever I've tried to go to Redditt (in order to submit links to my Hubs), I just get these annoying pop-ups telling me I've won a huge prize and I need to log in to these pop-up sites to claim my prize. I've never been able to actually get through to Redditt, and since I've heard it's a great backlink source, I'm a little frustrated. Any suggestions?

I'm a new Reddit member, too. I read somewhere on their site that Hubbers are spamming there. That's why I would be careful to post too many links without being active and interact with other Reddit members. Maybe alocsin http://alocsin.hubpages.com/ has some advice for you, larcaustin46. He has written a couple of hubs about Reddit.

I'm not having any problems with Reddit. Make sure you're going to Reddit.com and not Redditt.com. It has one 't.' If you go to the one with two T's it's a completely different website that has some sort of offer pop-up. It's not a virus or anything, it's just the wrong url. :)
Also, please do not submit your hubs to Reddit. Reddit isn't the type of site for HubPages promotion. It's kind of a niche community and very, very, very few hubs would match the interests of Reddit users. Some people have luck with one or two hubs, but this is rare. If you post hubs, you risk having your account being disabled and being made fun of by Reddit users. They don't mean to be mean, but since some HubPages users have spammed over there, Reddit users are extra wary of anything ending in .hubpages.com. :S

I am new to Redditt in the past few days. I have access but am finding it difficult to post anything much with success. It keeps saying I have to wait an hour to post... This goes on all day!

It's exactly like starstream says. I am getting the same message too.

I took down all of my hubs from Reddit as i never got a single view from there. It is always telling me that I have posted to many links when I have posted none.
I have posted 4 hubs there in the last 2 months and really do not bother anymore as the place if full of trolls anyway.

See, I can't even access it without logging into a questionable pop-up site, and after the Great Hard Drive Crash of '10, caused by pernicious viral infestation, I'm extremely wary of anything trying to entice me with promises of free money or iPads. Should this be a warning to me that Redditt may be dangerous in terms of viruses or unwanted traffic?
